Vinea Capital has invested in a diversified real estate portfolio throughout the Southeast. Our in-house team actively oversees construction and buildouts, manages tenant relationships, and continuously sources new acquisitions.

Our holdings include landmarks such as the historic Leonard Building — a five-story, 44,000-square-foot downtown Augusta that now serves as Vinea Capital's headquarters — and the Claussen Building, a mixed-use property with 1800s roots, street-level food and beverage, and loft residences above.
