Vinea Capital has invested more than $30 million across a diversified real estate portfolio throughout the Southeast. Our in-house team takes a hands-on approach to ownership, actively overseeing construction and buildouts, managing tenant relationships, and continuously identifying new acquisition opportunities.

That approach extends beyond individual properties. Vinea invests with a long-term perspective, seeking assets that strengthen the communities they serve, support our operating businesses, and create durable value across changing market cycles.

The portfolio includes several historic and signature properties, including the Leonard Building, a five-story, 44,000-square-foot landmark in downtown Augusta that now serves as Vinea Capital’s headquarters. The Claussen Building is another distinctive holding, combining street-level food and beverage space with loft residences and deep historic roots dating back to the 1800s.

Beyond these signature assets, Vinea’s holdings span a broad range of commercial and residential properties throughout the Southeast — reflecting a diversified strategy grounded in active ownership, thoughtful stewardship, and long-term value creation.

"More than $30 million invested with a hands-on ownership approach designed to create durable value across market cycles."
