Vinea Capital Expands Healthcare Portfolio with Launch of Agape ILG
Augusta, Georgia — Allan Soto, founder and managing partner of Vinea Capital, is returning to the field where his career began with the launch of Agape ILG, a new provider of residential and support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the Southeast.
Soto began his career in this field at just 23 years old, gaining firsthand experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and their families. Those early experiences helped shape his understanding of the importance of creating safe, supportive environments where individuals can thrive and families can feel confident in the care their loved ones receive.
That experience also helped shape Soto’s broader investment strategy through Vinea Capital, which focuses on building and scaling companies that address critical gaps in healthcare and community services.
“With Agape ILG, we are returning to work that is deeply meaningful to me personally,” Soto said.
“Our goal is to support adults with special needs and their families by providing safe homes, experienced caregivers, and a network of resources that help individuals live fulfilling lives.”
Agape ILG will provide residential support, health services, and family resources for adults with special needs throughout the Southeast. The organization aims to create community-centered living environments while helping families navigate long-term care planning.
Agape ILG is a portfolio company of Vinea Capital.
